Release all up to Me daily. There is power in releasing your concerns because this proves your faith and trust in Me. To hold onto your cares prevents me from taking action to resolve them because then they are yours, and you must transfer them from your hand into Mine.
Many of My children could have much quicker answers to their prayers if only they would leave them at the throne. But they persist in nursing their worries, causing them to multiply or grow, much as a baby grows as he is nursed by his mother.
Have I not said that you are to be anxious for nothing? Take Me at My word. Which of you can add a cubit to your life’s span by taking thought? I am the One who is all powerful, not you.
Come to Me daily and linger at My feet. There I shall bless and teach you. The time spent with Me, which you sometimes omit from your schedule, is the most precious—both to Me and to you—of all your day.
In no other endeavor do you find such wealth. All other activities pale in comparison with the time spent in visits to My realm.
