Beloved child, come to Me. Your world is already busy this morning with the voices of your loved ones speaking, sounds of outdoor activities not far away and the average sounds of daily busyness all around. Yet you have taken time to be still and listen to Me.
I always have words of love and encouragement for those who choose Me rather than the constant hubbub of earthy life. Someday in other realms you will know that, like Martha’s sister Mary, you made the right choice to choose Me over constant, meaningless activities.
Every second you spend with me has eternal meaning. Selah.
“But the Lord answered and said to her, ‘Martha, you are worried and bothered about so many things; but only one thing is necessary, for Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.” (Like 10: 41-42) Read Ephesians 5: 15-16 and 2 Timothy 2:4.
