We must return to the empty tomb for the inspiration and revelation of our study “Time to Arise.” It was in God’s perfect time—in the “fullness of time” that God became flesh and dwelt among us in Jesus Messiah. It is in the empty tomb that Jesus left behind His grave clothes declaring to the world that He has risen, He is alive and He has won the victory over sin and death! Jesus read from the scroll of Isaiah in Luke 4: 18-19 “The Spirit of the Lord is on Me, because He has anointed Me to proclaim Good News to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed, and to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” Then He sat down and declared: “Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your ears.” The proclamation of freedom for the captives is not limited to physical imprisonment but also includes spiritual and emotional captivity. John in 1 John 3: 8 reveals that “the Son of God appeared for this purpose—to destroy the works of the devil.” Jesus’ purpose extends beyond personal salvation to encompass the broader goal of dismantling the influence of evil in the world. Jesus’ mission is to free people from the bondage of Satan to live a life of freedom and righteousness by believing and trusting in Him. Jesus is indeed the “Hope of the World.” With this in mind, I believe that God is calling us as a nation, as a church and as believers to “Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” (Ephesians 5: 14) It is time for us to put off the grave clothes of the past and walk in newness of life—to come out of the darkness into the light! Paul further instructs us in Romans 13:11 “Besides this you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now that when we first believed.”
Truly God is exposing the depth of the darkness that we have been in for most of our lives regarding our nation as the investigations into all aspects of our nation are being brought to light. Only God knew the evil rot and corruption that had invaded this nation over hundreds of years and only He can bring justice. God is exposing Satan’s long warfare against His work on behalf of humanity. This present world system, organized upon the principles of force, greed, selfishness, ambition, and sinful pleasure, is Satan’s work and was the bribe which he offered to Christ. (Mt. 4: 8-9) Of this world system he is prince according to John 14: 30 and 16: 11, and “god” according to 2 Cor. 4:4. Satan knows the Bible and God’s plan of the ages laid out in His Word. He knows that his reign of evil and influence on this world is nearing its end, and he will soon be defeated by God, causing him to act with increased fury and desperation during this limited time he has left before his ultimate defeat and judgment being cast into the abyss. We see on every hand his attempt to thwart God’s plans with increased activity and wrath.
BUT GOD is intervening in our nation and world, and we can see His hand moving in mighty ways His wonders to perform as God’s timing is perfect and Satan will not push his evil agenda ahead of God’s Divine Plan. I was directed this week to some of the ways that God is doing a Divine Reversal in this nation to thwart Satan’s plan:
*The pandemic was supposed to last ten years, resulting in the Great Reset of total global tyranny with never ending vaccine mandates and loss of all freedoms and rights. Instead, it launched the greatest awakening of all time.
*Free Speech was supposed to be eradicated with extreme censorship and only a single false narrative was to be heard worldwide. Instead, their lies have been exposed and the truth is roaring louder than ever.
*Elections were supposed to become rigged forever, and only the puppets of the elites would be seated in the positions of power. Instead, election fraud has been exposed and steps are being taken to secure elections and destroy their rule.
*Food was supposed to become increasingly toxic and void of nutrients to further weaken and eradicate the population. Instead, there is a worldwide awakening concerning how bad food has become and mankind is looking to return to healthy and natural sources of food.
*AI was supposed to become the master over mankind, enslaving all of us. Instead, it is being used to empower us and elevate the creativity of humanity to new levels and exposing Satan’s evil agenda.
*Society was supposed to increasingly become satanic and wicked with a complete elimination of God from every nation. Instead, hundreds of millions are turning to Christ and He is being proclaimed more than ever and revivals are breaking out on college campuses.
*Wokism, transgenderism, LGBTQIA was supposed to wipe out all natural and God-ordered sexuality and turn mankind into a perverse society. Instead, it is being exposed and stopped and mankind is returning to God’s order of one man and one woman and traditional marriage and family.
*All private property was supposed to be seized from humanity and only the elites would own anything, while everyone would rent everything. Instead, the tables are being turned and the foundation is being laid to shift the wealth from the elites back to the people.
*America was supposed to be totally destroyed to make way for a one world government. Instead, America is being cleaned from corruption and being rebuilt to become stronger than ever before.
*The World Health Organization was supposed to be the one world government during any self-proclaimed plandemic, so they could impose total tyranny on every nation. Instead, the five greatest nations of the world—USA, Russia, China, India and Brazil have rejected the Pandemic Treaty, leaving the WHO whining in the dirt and Klaus Schwab, its founder, has resigned!
*Vaccines were supposed to keep increasing to wipe out most of the human population, which would be blamed on climate change and pandemics. Instead, RFK, Jr. is investigating all childhood vaccines and there will come a grand reformation of the vaccine program.
And these are by no means a complete list. It’s just a few examples of something that is so enormous and glorious, it would take several books to list all the incredible transformation here…The CIA and FBI are exposed and being cleaned out. USAID was funding all evil worldwide and has been stopped. We are witnessing the end of the rule of evil and the emerging of a new day of restoration and deliverance at the hand of our All-Powerful and All-Knowing God! The Great Awakening only just got started! GOD IS GREAT AND GOD IS GOOD!
God is not finished with America and God is not finished with His Church! Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 16: 18-19 where He declares that the gates of hell will not prevail against His church. God is completing it with a great harvest of souls and purifying it and preparing it for His Son’s Bride. This is the time for a cleansing of the evil in the church body and in congregations. In many cases the church does not look any different from the world in actions and appearances as services have become like concerts. The church has become so entangled with the world and been deceived so that we have lost our sensitivity to hearing the voice of the Lord. This is not the time to play around! This is not the time to be disobedient. Obedience is better than sacrifice. God will not bless what does not honor Him. God has called us to be the salt and the light and to fight the good fight of faith. He has commanded us to walk in love. Some churches have been oppressed with religion, man-made doctrines and legalism. We are seeing church leaders being exposed for greed, sexual indiscretions and deceptions of various kinds. It is time for the True Church—the Body of Christ to fill the earth with God’s Light that dispels darkness.
Jesus grants believers authority by the power of the Holy Spirit over Satan and his works. Jesus’ death and resurrection not only saved believers from eternal damnation but also redeemed us from Satan’s dominion, disarming his power and making him a defeated foe. We are to exercise our spiritual authority though faith and the Word of God, which are sufficient tools covering spiritual, physical and societal domains. God’s Word is Truth and has gone forth and given us His power and authority over all the power the enemy possesses, not just some of it. We are given the Powerful Name of Jesus and it is above every name. He has given us His Blood that destroys the enemies’ power! In this hour—at this time, God is calling His children to rise up! Rise up! God’s hand is always there to lift us up above the enemy! Here are some Bible verses that will help us realize our authority in Christ Jesus and live a victorious life for Him. Matthew 28: 18-19; Luke 10: 19; Ephesians 1: 20-22; Mark 16: 17-18; I John 4:4; James 4:7;2 Corinthians 10: 3-4; I John 3:8; Luke 9:1; Ephesians 6: 10-11; 2 Timothy 1:7; Colossians 2:10; Revelation 12:11; Proverbs 18: 21; Philippians 2: 9-10; I Corinthians 15: 57; Romans 8: 37; Matthew 10:1; Isaiah 54: 17; John 14: 12; 1 Timothy 6:12; Joshua 1:9; Zech 4:6; Psalm 91: 13. LET THE CHURCH BE THE CHURCH AND LET THE PEOPLE REJOICE!
Again, we revisit Ephesians 5: 14 addressed to believers: “Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” Paul gives us a similar exhortation in Romans 13: 11-12 that the time has come for Christians to wake up and to put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. The significance of God’s call is first; to awaken to God’s truth through the Word illuminated by the Holy Spirit and second; it emphasizes the importance for believers to live sober, vigilant, godly lives. We must not conform to the world where evil is disguised as virtue, abortion is a right, and immorality reigns.
In Ephesians 4: 22 Paul instructs us to put off or lay aside the old man—the grave clothes of our former life. It shows the idea of doing away with something, taking it off and putting it down. Recently, God brought me to the truths of a book I read over 50 years ago that I believe is transformative as Christ sets us free from the bondage of Satan to experience new life in Him. In the heavenly kingdom, time is relative—Jesus Christ lives in all time and therefore can go back through time and heal that which is past. Indeed, this is the reason and purpose for which our Lord came into the world—God veiled in flesh—to break off the chains from prisoners and captives and to set at liberty those who are bound. The author learned in talking to people to find out what was binding them and pray for it to be healed. She asks three questions: “Were you happy when you were a child?” If they say yes, then “When did you begin to be unhappy?” and finally, “Why?” Then she asks Jesus to walk with them into the past—back through memories—and heal all the wounded places and break off all the chains and set them free. Then, to picture Him doing so, His love flowing around any old wound, hurt or resentment. Thank the Lord for the healing and declare “That can’t hurt me anymore!” Jesus came to heal the broken-hearted and grant life and peace! God is not dead! Jesus is vigorously alive, and it is His will to bring us the kingdom of heaven, wherein sins are forgiven and souls are healed. Jesus in John 10:10 says, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that you may have life and have it abundantly.” This promise is meant for all who accept Him as Savior! To live this abundant life, we must identify and avoid the thieves in our lives that steal happiness and fulfillments. Understanding and embracing God’s glory and the hope of our inheritance as co-heirs with Christ can help us know Him better and experience the power of His Holy Spirit in our lives. God is telling us, we don’t have to live in the old gloom, in the fears, bondages, and sins; in the old darkness of our winter. The Lord is saying now to us: “Arise, my beloved, my beautiful one and come away. For behold…your winter…is gone.” Take God’s word to heart, leave the things of your winter—the old life, and enter His spring—the new life in Christ! It is time to arise!
